awesome ending!!! i love the thing about sara faking knowing about the wine, very cute in a way lol.

and also the way she knew about the birthday but didn't shy away from it.

perfect ending, loved it!

She's been known to fake it in the past, with the "murder central" hotel room thing a few seasons ago.

Thanks so much for the reviews of all of these; it's wonderful to know that people enjoy them! I'm glad you like the ending on a bit of an up-note.

I wouldn't say so, but that's me. *g* I quite like the GSR, actually, though I know you don't.

I'm sorry to see this series come to an end, but I do like this ending. The banter and the details are lovely (as always) and it shares the same quiet tone as the other stories.

“I took an art appreciation course in college called Influences of Postmodernism in the Mid-Twentieth Century.” She grins at Nick’s expression. “I needed a humanities credit. Learned everything I ever needed to know about faking it.”

I love this paragraph. (I like to think that she spent most of that course rolling her eyes and wondering if Italian High Renaissance would have been better, even if it did start at 9am.)

Any chance of another series in the works? :)

I'm sorry as well, but it's time, before things get draggy and monotonous. I'm so glad you liked this, though. Your comments are really thoughtful and they always brighten my day. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on this.

Another series... I'm sure there will be eventually, as time and plotbunnies permit, but I can't promise a timeline yet. Glad you're interested! :)

I always love a good ending. Not too fluffy but just right, kind of like Goldilocks and her bowls, chairs, whatnots. And, as most people have already commented, I loved the part about learning to fake it via a course taken in college. It was hilarious. One of the reasons this series was good was its mixture of humor and seriousness (no clue if that's a word).

Aww, the Goldilocks analogy is great - thank you! I'm glad you don't find it too sugary, and that you like the tone of the series. Thanks once again.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Great characterization, a wonderful plot that was never too extreme... I wish there were more, but the ending was GOOD, *savory* almost, but that's a bit of a strange adjective to describe fanfiction with. I think all the other analogies I would have used got picked up, so I'll just say 'Good work!' I enjoyed this.
