Siopao! What was inside them? Bolabola? Asado? Or something totally different from the Filipino/Chinese kind? I haven't even learned how to steam the pre-made ones from the supermarket and you're making them from scratch! How awesome. :D
I've only made it twice in my life, but after this time, I may start making it a little more often than once a decade. It's so freezer friendly and I love the idea of homemade microwaveable freezer food -- after all the cooking, I mean. ~_^
