I sort of winged it on the potatoes. Basically I just cut red baby potatoes in half or quarters -- depending on how big they were originally -- and put them skin side down into a buttered glass baking dish. Then I sprinkled some dried rosemary and crushed red pepper flakes on them. I also drizzled some melted butter over them; I would have brushed on the melted butter but I put the rosemary on first and I didn't want all the rosemary to end up on the brush ~_^
