Yum! the chicken looks great. Hmm, I've never heard of orange rooibos, though. Is it like vanilla rooibos - just the flavor of orange?

And LOL I put cheese on everything too. Makes it better, IMHO.

Yes, it's just like vanilla, but orange flavored. It actually made the chicken tangy. ^^

What a unique recipe for chicken! I've never seen a recipe that uses tea like that. I, too, like to boil chicken before baking it - it cooks so much faster. ◕ ‿ ◕
