Yes, the ground beef is mixed with taco seasoning. And yes, the salsa is home made. I think it is the best salsa I have ever made; I keep making it because it doesn't turn out how I want, so now that I have finally achieved my goal, I wonder if I'll keep making it. My hands felt weird after chopping the cilantro, though...
