As an fyi, I'll be attending a conference for work the next three days, and with the commuting back and forth (it's in northern VA) in addition to what I normally have going on, I'm going to be falling behind on my f-list and not replying to comments promptly (not that I normally do anyway...). Aww. Yeah, this anniversary is rather difficult on him; alas, most of the next chapter will also be dealing with it.

Sorry I'm late - but I'm so glad I got a chance to catch up with this. Frodo saying goodbye to the children was heartbreaking. And I'm so glad that Frodo-lad has come to appreciate Frodo and can give love and comfort - esp. since Sam is still having such a hard time. Althought it was so nice to see him be able to give Frodo some comfort at the end of the chapter. You are doing a wonderful job with a difficult storyline and I look forward to the next chapter. *hugs*
