mpreg ficlet: Illness

Jun 11, 2004 06:01

Started this yesterday, finished it today. Actually ran it through the spellcheck. ;) Here ya go... and I know I didn't go into as much detail as I could've on some parts (even though it's one of the longest of these mpreg bits so far, being 2.5 pages single-spaced); just look at it as leaving room for embellishment at a later date. :D

Wow, I love it . . . feverish and vomiting and very STUBBORN Frodo getting a bad case of flu while pregnant . . . lovely. Especially the little Braxton-Hicks thing you put in here --- oh yes, a great touch.

I'm so happy you're going to expand this, because I'd kill to read more of it, honestly . . . as well as more leading up to the birth when I know Aragorn is there, too. :)

I kinda figured you would comment on this. ;) Glad you enjoyed it! :)

There are certainly gaps I left that can (and eventually will) be filled, though I can't promise any timelines on that at this point. :p

LOL!! Yes, there will be more of that eventually, too. ;)

I think you just about hit all the right buttons there. Yep. Can't think of one of mine that you missed. :D

*wonders off to re-read . . . and re-read . . .*

Add me too, please! I loved it, especially the sly bits of humor (Frodo looking in the general direction of his feet) you managed to work in. Please do expand and continue it!

Heh, looks like I'll have a good-sized audience for that, then. ;) And thanks! Humor really isn't a strong point of mine, so it's good that people enjoy what I manage to slip in there. :)
