It was wonderfully evocative and touching. But now I need my teddy bear.

I'm sorry to be mean to poor Scorpius. The plot bunny who bit me was very mean. And then he left town, so no sequel is in the works... :(

Oh, I'm sorry I made you weep.
Having said that, I'm so glad you decided to read the story, even with the warnings. Thank you! And I hope you found something nice and fluffy to counteract the angst.
