Life's been very busy of late (long hours at my day jobs and long hours working for DF as he got ready to go off to England), so here's a summary of what I've been up to

Please send your grandfather my good wishes; I had no idea he was at a rehab center.

I love the way the word "millefiori" flows off the tongue. Italian is good for that.

Nothing like showing up dressed like a weirdo, covered in your own blood. ... the nurses were fascinated.

I agree, and remind me to tell you a funny story of my own about that at some point...

He had some pretty bad health problems but he's now home safe and puttering around in the garden a little. His recovery has been quite speedy - I think he just doesn't trust his sons to do things right!
