I have such a problem writing sex, it took me forever to get the screwin' right with that one. Not least because they're undercover on a mission (er, they snuck off and DECIDED that it'd be better to go undercover and leave everyone wondering where they are) and while normal sex is tricky enough, "there's someone in the next room who would stab us if they knew we were here, plus I must have you" is even more complicated to write.

Remember I had that whole allusion to academic dueling that I had to cut because I couldn't think of a place for it to fit? I loved the idea, still do, but the passage was a clunker. Made of pure lead. It's just head-canon that my Galmans engage in some quasi-medieval form of mensur ( ... )
