In "Stay" (the total angst short story), someone sings this song for Spike and Buffy, and here at the start of the new year, I'm thinking of the past year, and my dad (who died last year on the 5th anniversary of my mother's death)-- anyway, lovely song, lovely version. What a wonderful song. How appropriate, especially considering Bette Midler did "Wings Beneath Your Wings" which Buffy wanted for her first dance at her and Spike's wedding.

I'm sorry about your loss. Hope 2016 will be a better year for you.
