I think it's very sweet and believable that Sherlock would be troubled by infidelity.
Oh my, only about 100 more of your precious little stories. What shall be done when the year is actually over in a few months??

Wow, I hadn't realized that... I'll probably give birth a week or so before the last one!

And yes, this is bittersweet and incredibly believable.
