I finished handsewing my Captain America USO hat at about 5.30am, and since we were getting up at 6am each day, I just stayed awake. I had no idea you had a Claire costume! My ex debuted his Sylar costume this year. :)

I made it back in 08 when Zachary Quinto was announced for our local con (he cancelled though). I did see a pic of someone as Sylar, and passed another Claire one of the days, but I've never bumped into another Heroes costumer when I'm in mine!

All the USO Girls looked great, it's so awesome when so many costumers come together with a coordinated plan :) I wish now that I'd jumped on the train, but I was knee-deep in Padme sewing :p
