Hmm...maybe the registration act...I can deffinately see an underground forming if that passes, and the government would deffinately be rather violent in enforcing it after a while...I can't see any of 'em wanting to be a part of the registration...

Maybe even with FoH actually getting smart and getting into the polatics game, which is what had actually set the whole thing off...
