Race report: PVTC track meet, August 12, 2012

I ran the mile today at the PVTC All-comers meet, finishing in with an official time of 5:30.7 - a new PR, so yay.

I'm pretty sure a 6 minute mile isn't possible...

It was 1 mile. 1 mile=1609 meters. So, it's four laps of a 400m track, but you start 9m before the finish line. Make sense? Sometime they just run the 1600, which is about 2-3 seconds faster
