Last night
harlzen and I made a visit to
Satsuki in Subiaco. For those who don't know, they are they sister restaurant to Ha Lu in Mount Hawthorne. Satsuki specialises in sushi in the Edomae style which relies on appealing as much to the visual senses as it does to the tastebuds.

Have you had lots of different styles of unagi while in Japan?

I've had the standard grilled unagidon (which I love) and also anago (the kind you get at sushi places).
