i'm just wasting time

I should put it to better use.

woke up late when Casey (in Jamie's room) yelled something about "IT'S IN FUCKING SPANISH" and having to think. I think he was referring to Jamie's computer. I think it displeased him.
I'm bitchy in the morning afternoon right when I wake up, but luckily our relationship is built on equal parts sarcasm and cattiness ( Read more... )

mi familia again, food, sleep, homework

You are lucky to be able to cook. That's my first thing.

Ew to fighting with mothers. I wish sometimes they were faster on the pick up and know exactly when we're just not in the mood. XP

NAPS. *_______________________* Sounds amazing.

...Homework. I just posted saying HAYGUYS, I'M GOING TO STUDY.
...I absolutely lie because I haven't even started. And that was maybe an hour or so ago. ~_~;; We're the very model of a modern student. XP (It doesn't go flow as well, but whatever.)

I don't do it very well. But I've resigned myself to that fact plan to marry someone who likes to and suck it up and eat whatever horror comes out of my kitchen.

yeah. especially since she wants me to plan it because she doesn't want to.

I read it. ^_^ v After 4 years of college, and half a year of grad school, I have com to the conclusion that being a student is about the procrastination and the stress and the hackjobs you come up with at the last minute.
But at least you thought about it? good luck for when you do start!

I'm not very good. And i burned myself *sadfaces*
But cooking isn't actually that hard. I haven't even been doing it for a year, and i was totally useless when I started (to the point that my parents told my four-years-younger little sister to make dinner instead of me if they were going to be out because i couldn't be trusted in the kitchen).
But peppers are good.

I told my mom to not eat all the tangerines off the tree (apparently some are ready now) because I want to make THE CAKE and she was like, "Make it for Thanksgiving," and I was like, "WHOA. WHEN DID I GET VOLUNTEERED FOR THAT?!" o.O Just 'cause I can make decent mochi does not mean you should count on me to succeed with THE CAKE to top off Thanksgiving. And somehow, making THE CAKE for Thanksgiving feels slightly inappropriate. *laughs*

I ironed all afternoon and hassled my parents for not picking up after themselves. I have become the epitome of a housewife. Save me. :O

I think it would be nice for thanksgiving. Are you having a lot of people coming or something? I like that "THE CAKE" is necessarily in all-caps, tho.

you are. i don't know how to save you though. cure through japanese tv?

That's the thing. It's only the three of us! So I'm like, "Um...okay. You just don't know that I will be eating this entire cake. :D :D :D"

Give me Koyama. Oh wait. That would just domesticate me further. Or maybe his domestic!ness would cancel mine out. Yes.

if it's just you three, then definitely make it. it makes a wonderful breakfast, in my opinion.

I wonder a little at your logic. But. well, maybe. As in, because he is domestic, then you wouldn't have to be?

We need some sort of mood feature on the phone, so when you pick up, you can press a button and it can tell your mother what mood you're in. The "I seem to be uncommunicative, but really I'm dying to hear your voice because I'm terrifically homesick" button, or the "You've hit me in a mood. Back off. Now!" button, or the "I'm stressed to my eyeballs so everything you say will be taken poorly. If you ask me to do something, I will flip out. Consider yourself warned!" button. Now this would be truly be a breakthrough in modern technology.

But seriously, your mom wants to go on a cruise, so you get to plan it? How does that make sense?

As unfortunate as it is to wake up to yelling, I do find it somewhat amusing that it was about the computer being in a different language. Ok, so really amusing.

In addition to stillesprite's "How to Flirt" master class, she should also teach "Kitchen Improvisation." I would totally take that class ( ... )

i was in a good mood when she called. But she wants me to plan this because she doesn't want to. And she's bad at communicating information (she was supposedly giving me dates of when the sisters have spring break), because she's like, repeating the same vague info over and over, like that will make it clearer. And i'm just kind of like .... and essentially, she's like "I don't want to talk to you if you're grumpy." and we hang up.

She is bad at making decisions. So they get shoved off onto me.

Ficcing is a lovely form of procrastination/public service. Unless, of course, it's smut, in which case, go do your homework, yo! ;-)
Someday, I'm going to get into an abusive relationship, and it will be your fault. because i have come to associate that feeling of kind of wanting to kick someone with also wanting to hug them.
