We are. Though it's a bit newer/pricier/nicer than what we originally thought we could afford, this would be a hard deal to pass up. The car has been well taken care of, and is still under warranty, so....we'll probably decide yea or nay in the next couple of weeks!

Might I ask why you haven't driven in years? Just no need to, or don't like to?

Yeah, the not driving thing is a bit of a shocker in this day and age, I know.
Lots of reasons, really. Here are a quick half dozen:

1) I've never really enjoyed driving. Of course, this could have something to do with the fact that of the four cars I've purchased/owned on my own, only one was less than 10 years old when I bought it!

2) I'm not an aggressive driver -- which up here, is definitely going to be a problem.

3) I really enjoy the Walks Far Woman mystique. Feet Not Wheels is such an integral part of my self-image, and I rather like the interest it provokes.

4) Health benefits -- I'm afraid if I start to drive everywhere, I'll balloon to 300 lbs!

5) I cannot ride (or drive) in a car for any length of time without becoming drowsy.

6) The expense. Fuel. Upkeep. Insurance. Blech!

Somehow, I couldn't imagine a cooler or better car. Except maybe a VW or a Mini.

It's actually reeeally nice inside. Leather. Moon roof. White ceramic ball shifter. Who woulda thought? Originally, I was thinking we'd try to find an older model Rav4, but in addition to being a better deal for us, financially (known owner, no dealer mark-up), the PT is starting to grow on me....
