Pear Butter

OMG. Just got done with the Pear Butter... it is SOOOOOOO delicious, I can't even tell you. I had several recipes, and had attempted one recipe first, which didn't work out well for me, and I didn't even bother canning it.

But this time I used this one:
Epicurious/Bon Appétit Spiced Pear Butter

Ha! Well the next big hurtle is getting things packaged up, then actually getting to the post office! I'm horrible at getting things mailed out on time!
