Gorgeous! I've seen this room and another similar colored Tiffany room--both take my breath away and yet--what do you do with so...much?
I do like Whistler very much. There's several of his paintings at the Chicago Art Institute. He and Sargeant led very different lives as painters. But that's several books of discussion. If you have time, the Corcoran Gallery is worth your time. They have a collection of Sargeant sketches....
