The first lines you quote are ones I that I can kind of understand but cannot explain. They are exactly what they are. Something like: you think you are cool but you're not. You think you are in with the in crowd, but you are a poser.
I've always thought "treat you like a guest" means they don't treat you like a close friend, like an insider, but more like their Aunt Matilda -- stiff and formal and not intimate.

Somebody to love is a song I like to listen to. But White Rabbit just blows me away. It builds and builds until it almost explodes. Lots of energy. A classic in my book anyway.
