You'd like this--very velvety and light, and because the recipe is designed to make enough to fill a cake, putting two cups between each of two layers and covering the whole thing, it makes a ton if you just want to fill ramekins with it. Dinner party recipe, definitely.
It's a little labor intensive--10 minutes turns out to be a long time when it involves keeping a mixer going in a bowl of eggs--but really worth the tedium, because the result is FAR from tedious...!
But it will go nicely into the chocolate candy bowls I have made and stored in freezer. A little whipped cream topping and drizzled with raspberry sauce, yummmmmmmmm
