Tonight's dinner, or how to make an extraordinary chicken breast

This is NOT my recipe--this is a Rachael Ray recipe, and one that promised a wonderful outcome because she said she first had it in Montalcino, where she got married. She also promises that, because of that, it would be what she makes for her anniversary every year...which is a pretty good recommendation as far as I can tell.

And it was.
