Thanksgiving...I appear to be the only casualty!
Everything yesterday really went off without a hitch--all the food tasted delicious (the turkey, I think, was particularly good, because all the herbs for both the brine and the cavity were fresh out of the garden and really potent--they infused all the meat, struck square to the bone, and it was yummy), and everyone enjoyed it, and everyone seems
