I've also got to see if I can grow rosemary in this little bit of Hell called Homestead; I just can't get enough of the stuff.

With all the events of this past summer, I didn't pay a lick of attention to the gardens at all, other than to whack out the most pernicious of the weeds. The rosemary is going crazy--without watering, and without any attention at all--as is the sage.

It's pretty hardy stuff. Evergreen, drought resistant, cold resistent. It seems as though so long as it's getting full, searing sun in the summer, you'll do OK.

Great stuff rosemary! Not just culinary either it is great at getting rid of bad smells too.

It certainly did a lot for the aroma of this house while it was baking in this bread, that's for sure.
