Apparently, there is a new rule in all of the LJ cooking communities.

One is absolutely forbidden to share a recipe unless a dozen people beg you, with tears in their eyes and on knees bloodied from crawling through a mile of broken glass to get to your foodlike offering, to do so

What the hell is a point of a cooking community if one of the main thrusts is not the sharing of recipes? That's insane.

The heat has turned Latte into a house kitty. Punkin disappears into the hibiscus for hours, Latte sniffs the outside air during the heat of the day, looks at me with "Are you crazy? I'm not going out in that!" and curls up on the back of my chair.

But first thing in the morning, all bets are off.
