seeded cole slaw

Cole slaw need not be a boring flavorless affair. When I saw this recipe in one of my favorite blogs, I knew I had to make it for my barbecue. I've made three batches now; the best so far was made with cipollini onions and crème fraîche.

Sounds yummy! I've always used a different recipe for creme fraiche though.

1 c cream
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
1 glass jar, loosely covered
1 warm place
24 hours
Stir and fridgidate.
