well its only my first day and unfortunately my parents made me eat with them so what i had for dinner was..
spinach leaves with dressing : 45
a cup of red beans and rice : 200

so today i had 430 calories :]

i no but i still feel a bit quilty about eating at all cuz it felt like a lot while i was eating it but thx :)
