Your writing just gets better and better...The rich details of their surroundings gives their journey a real sense of life and movement, and it perfectly offsets the understated (but effective) characterization. And such a delicious cliffhanger! I'm eagerly awaiting more.

Thank you so much. I'm glad the characterization is working for you; I think I've put in everything that needs to be there but it's so different from FW where you get to see exactly what's going on in the characters' heads. Yay experimentation!

Hello. I really enjoyed this. Anything that let's the story continue without Robin getting the girl or Marian dying is good for me. This story (as everyone has already commented) is very intriguing. So everything they all said and thanks for posting.
