Faith was getting antsy. It was the third night in a row that B had ditched her with some lame ass excuse about getting home or something and Faith could only roll her eyes. Must be nice to have the whole friends and family thing. Her mother hadn't even cared when she was alive. There was a whole new level of lack in that department now that everyone, including Diana, was dead.

It wasn't until she saw the three vamps that her spirits started to pick up a little. Three against one, not a fair fight or anything, but it would have to do. They didn't stand a chance. Letting one of the stakes slide from her jacket sleeve Faith took aim and threw it with as much force as she could muster. As a Slayer it was a hell of a lot of force. Her aim was right on the mark and she smirked in satisfaction when the ugly son of a bitch exploded in a shower of dust.

Wesley's eyebrows shot up when one of the vampires exploded into dust in front of him, but he wasn't nearly as distracted as the other two vampires. As they turned to see how their companion had been destroyed, he lunged, turned, and sliced through the second vampire's left arm, severing it.

She didn't stop to think about the guy that had just take off one of the vamps' arms. She didn't know who he was and she didn't care. There was a fight to be had and she was in the thick of it. Pulling another stake from her pocket, Faith went to town and reduced idiot two to dust.

"Like shootin' fish in a barrel."

For a moment Wesley was stunned at the speed and skill of the stranger as she took out the two remaining vampires. As his brain cross-indexed for an explanation, however, the result caused him to groan loudly.

Teenage girl. Super speed and strength. Killing vampires.

"Slayer," he groaned softly. "Wonderful."
