Cold. It was the only answer if you ask employee of Sakurai C.o about their impression of their boss, Sakurai Sho, 34. Yes, Sakurai is indeed a cold person. Dont ever think to run away if he already see you with his cold eyes. You will be haunted for the rest of your live. You may said its exageratting, but it was the truth. Then, why his employee isnt quitting from his company? The answer is simple, basically, because he can pay them well, second, he is absolutely professional in this bussiness.
Today, as usual, Sakurai walk from front, lobby, until his own room. And every step he make, everyone keep their silence and keep their head down, until the only source of noise is step sound of well polished of Sakurai's shoes.
Behind him, there follow him, his loyal secretary, Ohno Satoshi. "Ne, Ohno," call sakurai before he open his room door.
"Yes, Sakurai-sama. Is there something that you want or you would like to talk to me?"
"Tell Accounting dapartment to bring yesterday report,"
"But, isnt they will report every month?"
"So, i cant look at our account balance daily? I want to look it tough. Tell them to bring it, now,"
Ohno leave his side after he enter his room to annouce the accounting dapartment. Within 5 minutes, accounting dapartment's leader already come into his office.
"So, where is the report?"
"I am so sorry, Sir. But we can't show you the report now. We still make yesterday report,"
"Wait, So, you said, if i dont want to look for it, you will not make it? So you mean, until now, you never keep it every day but just sum it every month?"
"Moshiake Sumimasen deshita! It was our fault, sir," the dapartment leader can only bow.
Sakurai leave his seat, "You know how crucial is it? You should keep it every day! That's why your dapartment always so busy before the reporting day, because you procrastinate your work!"
"Yes, sir, We will change it sir. From today onwards, we will make an everyday report,"
"Of course. If you still keep your old way, i will definitely fire you all. especially, you!" Sakurai's tone is so flat, and emotionless.
Sakurai pour a cup of coffee for him self, "Back to your work. I'll give you 10 minutes to complete the report and bring it to me. Understand?"
"Yes sir. Very well," in a dash, he leaves Sakurai's room.
After he left, Sakurai take his phone and found someone called him, so , he go out to Ohno's desk, "Ohno. I will have an important conversation in the phone. The accounting dapartment will return in 10 minutes. If someone want to meet with me, tell them to wait after that,"
"Yes, Sakurai-sama. Very well," reply Ohno.
Sakurai close the door. One thing he really likes about his room is the wall and door in soundproof. That's why he can take the 'important' call.
"Hello, Masaki," Sakurai said so cutely, so different from the previous.
"Sho-chan! You leave me alone this morning!"
Sakurai sit in sofa in his room,"Gomenne, Masaki. But you look like you have a great dream and i dont want to wake you up. So i leave first to go to office,"
"Ja. Sho should work hard on there! Ganbatte ne, Sho-chan,"
Now, he lay down to look at his celling, picturing his lover face, Aiba, "You too, Masaki. Did you already went to work?"
"Un, i am in the car, Matsumoto drive me to school," Sho heard a noise from road faintly.
"Ja! Ganbatte ne, Masaki. I'll meet you tonight,"
"Ne, Ne. What should i cook for you, tonight?"
Now, he picturing Aiba wearing an apron, cooking in their kitchen, "Hmmm, Anything its fine. I always love your cooking," Now, Sakurai blush like mad, but actually, he imaginating too much.
"Alright, see you tonight, Love you Sho-chan,"
"Yeah. see you, And love you too, Masaki," Sho couldnt think anymore. he just shut his phone off, because he already imagining his lover in home, wearing an apron, and welcoming him from work.
Yes, the phone just now is from Sakurai's lover, Aiba Masaki, a sensei in kindergarden. They have been in relationship for over 7 years, and already living together for around 5 years. If everyone in the company now him as a cold person, Aiba know him as heartwarming person. Sakurai is always feel at ease when aroung his lover, so he can look like a gentleman rather than cold person.
Sakurai at work and Sakurai at home is very different person. He is cold to keep his perfectionis image, but he cant act like that when he is in front of Aiba. Because despite Aiba just a sensei, Aiba can see him like an open book, Aiba know everything about him, thats why he is a very caring with Aiba.
So, Can you feel the gap? Can you feel the coldness and the warmness from one Sakurai Sho?
psst, its actually a secret, but if in the outside, you cant find his warmness, you just need to see his eyes when he see Aiba, or after he take call from Aiba, his eyes is full of love and warmness.

Finnaly i have free sundays after few weeks. But it will toughter for the next few weeks. So, i make this free day to post something.
This probably just a simple drablle. I miss writing for Sakuraiba. So, here it is. Pardon if this too random.
