Okay, so I haven't exactly been great at following McFly lately--know they're on tour, know there's some new music out there, but they're not touring in the US, obvs, so not a priority. But Michelle mentioned Red, so I thought I'd go youtube hopping ^_^

Thank you for posting these! I hadn't bothered searching you tube, just watched the video Tom tweeted the other day. :)

I think my immediate love of Red is heavily influenced by the fact that my favorite band in High School was Van Halen, lol Eddie!! <333 It was ALL about the guitar in the late 70s/early 80s and I loved it!

My first thought on Touch The Rain? Danny is singing too high. Bring it down an octave or two! Sounds like he's almost screeching at times. The older he gets, the more he makes me thing of Springsteen, which would probably thrill him, lol I know he's a big fan of The Boss. :)

Of course, I know these songs are new and things are still getting fine-tuned.

I think everyone has a soft spot for Dougie! ♥

How FANTASTIC would it be to see them at a live concert? If they ever get to the US we have to go!!

I agree, Danny's straining too much in Touch The Rain. Hopefully they'll fix that as they go. He's definitely getting more Springsteen-y :)

Definitely, I'm there! It was fun watching the youtube of their Portsmouth concert--Danny's more glued to the microphone as front-man, but Tom and Dougie are soo funny, running, jumping and "dancing" and playing their guitars practially on the floor, LOL.
