I ran a 10K today! And finished it in one hour, 5 minutes, and 30 seconds.

As a side note, I caved and bought the Enchanted soundtrack. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I just ran my first 5K!!!!!!!!! And I actually ran almost all of it. Ran the first two miles and most of the third with two tiny little walking breaks. I got 189th place. Heh. But I finished the first mile in 9:05, the second in 18:41, the 3rd in 28:45 and the whole think in 30:19. Would've been cool to finish it in under 30, but since this was my ( Read more... )

Wanna know what happens when you miss a turn while running outside? Your quick 2 mile run becomes a 3.5 miles jaunt with perils like no sidewalks, buses, and whistles. Oops.
