Full copy of The Promise finally leaked, now I can actually review it.

So the whole comic's leaked now. Thanks, 4Chan! Not going to link it, but I'm sure the Avatards on my list can find it easily enough.

Let me say straight out that I have preordered both 1 and 2 of "The Promise", though whether I decide to buy Part 3 will depend on how I feel about the story by that point. So I am paying for a copy of Part 1

Forget Aang and Zuko, Smellerbee and Kori are the real protagonists of this comic. Heh. I hope they meet and blow each others...uh, minds

That is well put and I completely agree. I'm not letting Zuko off the hook, but I'm willing to cut him a leetle more leeway because he's basically alone, stressed beyond belief, and making himself ill. Whereas Aang looks fit as a fiddle and has everything he wants, so no slack for him!
