Regina always winning didn't really bother me all that much until last night's episode. At the end, I was just like "THAT WAS SOOOOO PREDICATABLE". I never watched Lost but I know the same people are involved with OUAT & wasn't Lost supposed to be clever & surprising/shocking? I WANT TO BE SHOCKED BY SOMETHING, OUAT.

I watched the ASG. I don't really have all that many thoughts on it though, haha. Malkin was fun to watch, I'm glad Letang and Neal were able to get on the score sheet as well.

Oh you know me, I hate Regina so I'm so sick of this stuff with her. It gets boring and frustrating when you get excited that something good might be happening or people might be able to take her on, and then it's not even possible. If no one can ever take her on and win when dealing with the littlest things, then what's the point because every episode is going to be the same.

The Beast thing is interesting, I'm kind of confused by it. How/why can he be so many characters? I'm not exactly sure how I feel about it yet.

Remember in the pilot of OUAT, Emma claimed that she could tell when someone is lying to her. Was she just saying that? Did the writers drop that plot point? Does it not work on people from fairytale land? Cause you'd think that little skill would save her a lot of trouble.

I think it's laziness on the writers' part to make Rumples be every character EVER. I'm willing to bet they make him the Big Bad Wolf, too.

I agree about Neal, and I don't feel like Malkin got enough attention either. He should have been picked first in that stupid draft. I actually got angry about that as I was watching the draft, and then got mad at myself for being angry over something so stupid. Oh, and at one point I honestly thought Neal was going to be picked last.

Oh, that is a good point about Emma being able to tell when people are lying. She knew that Hansel and Gretel were lying to her and that was just a few episodes ago. So maybe there's hope that she's not buying into all of this nonsense and is just letting them think she believes them.

Yeah, I really don't understand why he's the Beast. I don't know, I'm going to wait until I see the episode to fully develop my opinion.

During the first half of the Skills Competition, I didn't even see Neal when they'd show everyone siting around...I thought he went out for a beer & nachoes or something. When Lurch picked DATSPUKE (of all people), I was raging too. WTFFFFF??? But then I sort of got the impression that Chara didn't like many of the guys on his team, unless they were Bruins or Czechs or Datspuke. Did you see where Neal thought he was going to be picked last all the way there? I will admit to screaming at the TV...if you want to win this (meaningless) game, why would you not pick the guy 2nd in goals?!?!? And some of those jokes that went before him...Hartnell, Timmonen, all the Senators, etc etc etc etc...and yeah, I got a little more worked up over it than I should have lol ( ... )

I have a landline. I work for a phone company & they're not nearly as rare as people think they are.

Well, most people I know have a land line, too except my employee, who not only don't have them, but never seem keep the same cell phone number for more than one year.

My parents do, haha. They will never get rid of their land line! Hell, we still had a rotary phone until...1996? We only had one tv in the house until after I left for college in 2001, and they didn't get cable until 2009. We also didn't get internet(and it was dial up) until 1998, when I was a sophomore in high school.

Jesus I just aged myself. IS IT OREGON TRAIL DAY YET?

I have an answering machine, but I don't even know if it still works. It's been in a cupboard next to the phone gathering dust forever. I still have a landline (I work for a phone company and they're not nearly as rare as people think). I don't think we got internet until 97 or 98, either (didn't upgrade to DSL until maybe 5 years ago?).

ITA about Mr Gold. For awhile he didn't bother me because there were a few eps he either wasn't in or was in them very little, but yeah, he's getting as bad as Regina (though he doesn't annoy me quite as much...yet).
