The Good, the Bad and the Snow

Holy shit, I'm exhausted.  I'm recovering from the latest round of shoveling.  It doesn't look pretty, but I think I have removed enough of the 8-13" of snow that covered my driveway this morning to at least get the car out of the garage tomorrow.  I intended to go one more round to try and get more driveway and less snow showing, but since I'm now ( Read more... )

Boo on the snow but I know how you feel. I've been like that this year. "Good enough" Hope you aren't too sore.

That's good news about DH's orders and your trip. Have fun.

I'm behind on TSCC. The ep before they took a break had me entirely lost and I didn't even finish watching it. I did do a marathon Dollhouse yesterday. The first ep was OK, the 2nd one when the hunter became the hunted was very good and I liked the flashbacks. This last one with the singer wasn't my cup o' tea. Yeah, if I think about the overal premise, I'm not hip to the idea, but it is Joss and amazingly, the hour goes fast.

Ugh, the more I sit, the stiffer I get. Tomorrow might be rough.

Thank you!

I totally agree. The first ep was just ok, and to me really didn't do the job of a good pilot. The second one was much better as it sucked me in and kept me watching the whole hour. I just wish they really weren't pushing the fact that the girls are going around sleeping with their buyers(?) and then having all memories erased. So, yeah, when I saw the basic plot of the third ep it didn't entice me enough to watch over the objections I had.

It was 72 in Denver today!

Psychic revenge? Sure, the Avalanche are on a six-game nosedive, one of which was at the hands of the Devils. Guess which game Martin Brodeur picks to come back, and we're still not sure we'll get Joe Sakic back this season.

Denver hasn't even gotten our yearly "sock the city under for three days" howler, and it's now March. I'm expecting it any day now.
