It's from the Goblet of Fire movie. My favorite of the movies so far...which is funny since it's my least favorite of the books. I love the movie because of all the humor (like this scene) throughout it and I think I don't like the book because it's mostly filler and overly long filler at that.

yes! filler is just the right word for that book - i always felt that very little happened until right at the end... the rest was mostly just an excuse for Harry and Ron to bitch at each other :|

Yeah there are some plot points that happen throughout the book but mostly it's just...filler until the end.
