It is. I knew it when the jury stayed aout last night. The PD lied about the evidence and the definition of reasonable doubt.

I have no faith in the system whatsoever. I understand the outrage of the people who support various victim'srights bills. I think they are fequently wrong-headed, but I understand the arge.

Why would the judge allow the PD to lie about a basic legal definition like 'reasonable doubt'?

And can someone be smacked?
