I dreamt that I was in a clinical setting learning about how to attend women in labor. I then was the only attendant to two women's labor. In one case, the woman was a fellow abuse survivor. she was clearly dissociated and having a difficult time getting a handle on moving her body into an appropriate position. I then aided her and her baby

I hope that's not policy in any real world hospitals. General anesthetic is not empowering.
