How the day goes...

I hope I'm not alone in this but does it seem that on days when you weigh yourself and lose weight, that you're much happier and optimistic about the day, than on days where you weigh yourself and gain and you feel like crap? (longest sentence ever, I could give Dickens a run for his money!)

lol nope you're not a lone. My weight determains a lot on how I will feel for the day. I mean other things set off my moods too, but my weight is a major determiner in the beginning. And depending on my weight and mood that will help decide what I wear and if I have breakfast, ect. Numbers are a big thing for me I guess.

Its almost the same for me.
When I weigh in the morning and haven't lost it really dictates my meals for the rest of the day.
But now I don't even think it really matters because my goal is to see that number be reduced every morning, so if I'm at the same weight its even more discouraging.

Definitely not alone! The worst is when I wake up feeling slim and I put on clothes and feel good in them, then I weigh myself and I'm up a pound! It's those days when I swear I'm going to stop weighing, but then I eventually go back and the number is lower and I'm hooked again. It feels like a gambling addiction. :/
