So i kinda made my own MexeBeans the other day for nachos. I used a can of borlotti beans imported from Italy. They are speckly like pinto beans so i hoped they'd taste similar. Then fried it up with diced garlic and onion and tomato and heaps of Cholula and some sour cream. It came out tasting almost, but not quite, entirely unlike MexeBeans

And as a PS to my post, i just tried on all the stuff i bought as an ensemble outfit a second ago and actually i looked really good. So maybe i'll be able to handle wearing some office clothes after all ;-) Can't wait to get some new photos of me that don't suck so i can be appropriately vain ha!
