I started out this year with a goal to try to get in touch with family and friends more, to get out of my routine a little bit - work, home, cook dinner, watch TV, play computer game, go back to work, cycle around a bit on the weekend. It's not that i don't enjoy those things, but i dislike that because of the work i am so zonked i feel incapable
