Me too!! Although it can be tough to find real vegan Indian food because there is a lot of butter.
I would have expected there to be a bit more Indian or Pakistani food in China since they share so much border, but it seems not to be the case. We get a bit of the Central Asian naan breads and lamb kebabs and so on from Xinjiang, but it's not curries like we know them from South Asian restaurants in the west. You've just inspired me to seek out a good curry while i am in the UK though!
