1. Do you think you have a health lifestyle?I guess I'm about average. I walk or bike about 2 hours a day, but it's just getting around, it's not working out. Do you mean biking to work and walking to lunch and whatnot? I guess I don't really see that as exercise because it's just a cheap and simple way to get to the places I need to go anyway. Perhaps I'm out-of-touch but I imagine most people my age spend at least a couple hours a day moving around on their own whether it's commuting or part of their job. I tend to see exercise as something people choose to do on top of that "default" level of activity.

I don't mind being hungry, I love talking about food! That's why snagging this one was appealing to me 😊

I think anything that get you moving to be exercise, so yes walking/biking to work, taking the stairs instead of an elevator, anything that makes your feet move is exercise to me. I walk to work, too, but only because it's less than a block from my house.

Same with me. I am a foodie and love to bang pots and pans together.

I totally agree with you! It may be more healthy to eat more in the morning and less as the day goes on but the way that most people live and have to structure a day - it doesn't make much sense.
