On Sunday the little one and I went on an awesome girls' date to my friend Tara's place to watch FAME (I'm gonna live forever!). Hmm, maybe that's just it. I'm not ready to write about it yet, which sounds way over-dramatic for a story involving spandex. And I cannot wait until you write about your gym experience!

You are such an amazing storyteller. I read this to myself and then read it aloud to J. I know the memory is a painful one, but we both loved the way you told the story. I think those cringe-worthy stories resonate because each of us is harboring our own stories of secret shame.

I have some doozies I've never told anyone. Next girl date, maybe what I'll do with those memories is tell them to my friend Adrienne. But I might need a glass of wine...
