It hadn't been that bad (... most of the time, at least) having Cordelia around, as long as Buffy continued to concentrate on doing her own thing. But moments like this, where she just barged into the middle of a training session?
Yeah, they were gonna have to work on that.
But the serious look on Cordelia's face was enough to sober Buffy up a little. If it was a crisis situation, she was ready to deal with it. As always.
"Ok, guys, just ... keep that up, I'll be right back," she instructed, sidling out of the room and grabbing Cordelia's arm to yank her thataway. No need to get everyone else in on the details. Some of those girls were way too nosy for their own good. Mostly because they liked being in on the action.
Tact and social cues had never been Cordelia's strongpoint, and in this stage in her life, they probably never would be either. Hence why she had no qualms or guilt about interrupting the training session. It's not like these girls didn't have a million of them a day anyways.
Still, she could understand why Buffy yanked her out of the way. No reason to get the eager slayerettes involved, if they didn't have to. They'd probably just be a liability in a real battle anyways.
She looked up at Buffy once they were out of earshot of the others. "I had a vision. A big friggin one at that. Guess we're finally getting some clues to why I'm here."
"Now when you say clues, how clue-like are we talking? Do we know who, what, when, where? I'm guessing 'how' or 'why' might be asking a bit much." Working with visions and psychics was always a little strange - first of all, it was hard to know if something was solidly going to happen, or only going to happen if you interfered or... it all got very confusing.
"Who seems to be this statue thing that came to life. Or it's going to. It's going to come to life, and then murder it's perverted creator. And probably a lot of other people too. It's going to be pretty strong. The first attack, the one I saw, is a few hours from now, so we have time to try to figure out when and who we need to seek out."
Sadly, the powers were never good at giving her enough details in these visions. After years of dealing with it, she was pretty much used to it at this point. Too much information would probably make her a little nervous.

She liked facts she could actually wrangle with.
