Arnold Rimmer is a character on a TV show RED Dwarf.

Mr. Flibble was a hologram hand puppet penguin. Rimmer wore him on his hand while he terrorized the crew in one episode where he contracted a holovirus that gave him higher mental powers, but also drove him insane.
