The the impression I'm getting from the article/sample images is if it's comedic or clothed it doesn't count as pornography but artistic erotica. However it may also fall under that long hated double standard of 'It's really good looking art, so we can keep it.'

Well, I just read thru the comic (afk there's a fire in my pants) and I'm pretty sure it's the later. There was some definite deviant no-no's in there. And a lot of clever work-arounds I saw! For the amount of NSFW there is, they are really clever at *JUST* avoiding the policies.
