WOW AMPH!! The comic is fantastic for movement and flow, and you've done a brilliant job of pacing out the whole scene, frame by delicious frame! I love the mid-air transfiguration and Merlin's faceplant (OF COURSE HE FACEPLANTS LOLL) and the stunned looks of the hunters. All brilliant, against that lush backdrop of the tree, leading eyes down to the end of Merlin's journey to the ground. Fantastic.

And nobody goes fire and light effects like you - Kilgharrah is awesome and looks righteously pissed off! DIE PESKY HUMAN!

This is such a great set, congrats and well done! <333

The comic is FANTASTIC!! I didn't even need the excerpt from the fic (in fact I read it afterwards). Merlin in flight, then getting hit, then shifting in mid-air! The face-plant!! Aww yissss!!

Then the looks on the hunters' faces at the end-pure gold!

Kilgharrah going batshit on Arthur!! OMG OMG OMG!! Eeeee!!! You might by now have noticed my fixation with fire...just a bit...ish. I FUCKING LOVE THIS!! Kil's expression and the way the fire is peeling around the sides of the shield! Awesome!

Edit: And hah! *points to your note* See? You totally use AMAZEBALLS!! Hee!

And curling that fire! OH MAN! That was a chore as I couldn't find any references for that! But I'm glad it still turned out!

holy crap, I love it! The action in the comic is amazing, and I burst out laughing at their expressions when they realized that it wasn't just a bird that they'd shot out of the sky.

That is awesome.

And the dragon! The flames! Vibrant and alive. You rock, Amph! Great job on this art!

Thanks LM!! I loved that hunter scene so damn much! I wanted to draw ALL THE THINGS!! Especially when they poke him with a stick to see if he's dead.... LOL! Comic gold!

Your drawing style is gorgeous. Love how you colored it, too. The motion through the scenes was very fluid and I liked especially the way you showed Merlin falling from the sky, first as a merlin and then as a man. The two guys looking at each other was hilarious; loved the expressions on their faces.

Fun fact - I based Merlin's pose for falling thru the air from Harry falling from the broom with all the dementors in the third movie.
