This is not from any fanfic that I know of. Just a scene that was stuck in my head for some dumb reason. Does it have a happy ending? I dunno.
I also made a conscious decision to make Merlin barefoot. I'm sure there is a reason...
This piece contains my first proper drawing of Uther and Leon! Although it's really just the back of Uther's head... I don't think that counts.
The foreground was done at 72dpi, but the background was done at 300dpi then down-rez'd to keep the detail. As you can see, a lot of that detail gets lost, but it's better than drawing with a 1px brush! Ha!
